Jennifer Agard, M.D.

Dr. Jennifer Agard is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Agard is passionate about fertility medicine and finds joy in helping each person make their family in their unique way. A Bay Area native, she attended San Francisco State University for her undergraduate studies, and simultaneously conducted research on stem cell differentiation at UCSF. Dr. Agard attended UCLA for medical school, where she discovered her love for women’s health and surgery. She completed her residency in OB/Gyn at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the prestigious Jones Institute, Eastern Virginia Medical Center. The legendary Howard Jones MD, the founding father of IVF, was her mentor.

She returned to the Bay in 2012, and has been practicing in the North Bay since. In her 8 years of practice, she has been the recipient of multiple awards, including the “Heart of Marin,” “Marin Top Doctors,” and “Sonoma Top Doctors.”

Her special interests include educating women about family formation through fertility preservation, as well as genetic testing with IVF to improve patient success.

Dr. Agard lives in Marin, with her husband, two sons, and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors, coaching soccer for her boys and playing ping pong.
